Distribution
Indian and global distribution:
This species was known to occur only in Peninsular Thailand and S. Myanmar, but Kunte (2009) recently reported it from the Ngengpui WLS in S. Mizoram in Aprl 2008. This is a considerable range extension of the species, and the first record for India.

This is a very rare species, and only a few dozen specimens have ever been collected. It inhabits low-lying evergreen forests. Nothing else is known about its habits and habitat.
